節分の起原は？恵方巻ってそうだったの？

2月3日は、節分の日ですね。今年の恵方は「東北東」です。
毎年当たり前に迎えていた節分の日の起原や、なぜ豆をまくのか？塩でも良いのではないのか？
なぜ恵方巻きを黙って食べる文化が生まれたのか？
